Terms and Conditions TKK
Electronics will not ship orders outside of the United States.
Customer agrees to all
terms and conditions listed on this page by agreeing to purchase from TKK Electronics.
Prepaid. You can send funds via bank transfer. Please inquire about bank transfer information by calling us directly at
414-290-0585. We will not respond to emails requesting this information.
Credit Cards.
TKK Electronics accepts USA issued credit cards only, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All credit card orders will be shipped to the "bill to" address or "alternate ship to" address that
is on record with the issuing credit card bank. We will not ship to a 3rd party address or PO Box.
In order to protect the interests of our customers, all orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of
payment, as established by our Credit & Fraud Department. Additional verification of information may be required prior
to the acceptance of any order.
Fraud Reporting. TKK Electronics reports all fraudulent order attempts
to the FBI and the local Police Department(s). TKK Electronics will testify against any parties attempting to
place a fraudulent order.
Some states require us to charge sales tax. You will be informed
if sales tax will be charged on your order
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TKK Electronics shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TKK Electronics shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TKK Electronics shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

TKK Electronics is not responsible
for misprints or mistakes in specifications posted on our site. Please, check the manufacturer's website for the latest

If any action is commenced for the collection of the amount due or to enforce the "terms
and conditions of sales", the buyer must pay attorney's fees and any other costs associated with the
aforementioned action.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from TKK Electronics, you provide your
name, email address, credit card information (if you decide to use a credit card,) address, and phone number. Your name and
email address will be used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, processing your orders and for future sales
literature and/or promotions by TKK Electronics.
We never share customer information with any company or organization.

consult each site's privacy policy. TKK Electronics is not responsible for the actions of third parties. TKK Electronics
fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve
the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.
Return Policy - Damaged Products
Do not accept any visibly damaged boxes from UPS or FedEx. Inform the driver that you are refusing
the package because of damage. If you accept the damaged box, we are not responsible for the shipping damage and you will
be bound by the policy of UPS or FedEx and will require a claim to be filed which could take 3-4 weeks to resolve at the sole
discretion of the carrier.
Due to the restrictions set by the distributor, Panasonic Toughbook Computers
and accessories may NOT be returned under any circumstances.
All computer defects
and/or computer problems must be handled directly with Mfg.
S/H charges are non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted by TKK Electronics without an (RMA) number and will be refused
or sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
If the customer refuses
a shipment, a refund will be issued minus a 15% re-stocking fee and all shipping costs. The refund will be issued only after
the refused shipment is received by TKK Electronics and is processed internally. A minimum of 4 -6 weeks is required for processing
and before any refunds will be issued. No Exceptions.
Warranties Warranty Disclaimer

expressly disclaim all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness
for a particular purpose. TKK Electronics shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any
other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise. All merchandise is sold "AS IS." TKK
Electronics makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost
data, etc. This disclaimer by; TKK Electronics; in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty.

come with the full manufacturer's warranty.
Please contact the manufacturer to arrange
for the warranty handling of all defective products. TKK Electronics does not provide any kind of repair services.
